We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within seven (7) days upon receiving the merchandise for most items except final sales and accessories.
You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original packaging, and swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, home goods and any other items marked as "Final Sale."
How do I return an item?
Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Start your return by sending us your name, invoice number and item number and size you want to return.
- Indicate the reason for your return.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
- Once the package is received and verified for condition online store credit will be processed immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for it to be available online. Store credit can only be used online or in our store in San Juan.
How do I process and International return?
Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer.
